hi all, it's been a bit, and i apologizzeee..

 this movie, damn.  definitely top 10.  I almost forgot how much I liked it.  It was a bitter sweet start to the year for me . . .  Let's say it evolved into drinking many BOSTON COOLERs and watching MUST LOVE DOGS every night.  But it's AAAAALLLLL GOOOD!  I gots shows for BOTH bands comin' up, aaaand the best friends ever!

We finally finished up our secret santa-i got DETHKLOK vs GOON! as well as INCEPTION and a bag of mothers animal cookies . . .  which i finished within a day . . . . jeez.  

i swear, i gots some pics of Tommy's Bday, we missed out on AVs cuzz he was at the PDS recording session, but, you know, what evaaas.  HBD to all.  and kudos to the GOLDEN CHOCOBO cocktail  they gots at AFK, delish!      also, KUDOS to AV for straight up MURDERING all of us, oh yah, it's time for him to call that girl that picked him up, at the bar.  SCORE! 

I've seen some BADASS metal this month, actually.  As ALWAYS. HE WHOSE OX IS GORED killed it! (at el-co) but i was introduced to SMOOTH SAILING, a fantastic local band that we hope to play shows with soon! 

also, JAMS' buddies from Colorado played, MATTERHORN, it's a shame they're stuck up in the Rockies, they would have a blast here in the PNW.  

WISH ME LUCK everyone, I've got the OX photoshoot today, as well as my TPYE research (boarded and presented by 9am tomorrow, EEEK!) i also need to name my camera, my new student slingy, and my NISHIKI road bike.  ideas?
